What working together looks like
First off, we conduct an initial consultation to discuss the goals of your project.
Together we determine how many coaching sessions we will probably need and plan the start of our cooperation.
Preliminary talks with your team
In transformations and major changes, the mindset of the entire team plays a very important role.
We therefore rely on preliminary talks with each individual team member so we can get to know all expectations and starting positions.
This enables us to identify deeper-seated conflicts at an early stage and to concentrate fully on your team right from the first coaching appointment.
Coaching Sessions or Workshops
We start off our first coaching session with a reflection with your entire team. Together we define our next steps.
In all sessions we help your team develop new ways and solutions on their own. We observe and moderate discussions and help to establish a good communication structure.
With the help of Inspect & Adapt in each session we check where your team stands and whether improvements are necessary. From this we derive measures.
Experiments and creativity methods help to establish new approaches. In doing so, we always keep our defined goals in mind.
